Board of Trustees (Majlis Omna) of Shafi Muslim High School, Laheriasarai, Darbhanga - 846003.

 Aims and objectives and purpose for which the society is established are the following:-

  1.          To promote, advance and faster education and culture and to sponsor establish, promote and carry educational  institution, providing special facilities for Muslim boys and girls in such manner as to safe-guard , preserve, promote and advance their district language, culture and ration and be conducive to the advancement, promotes  and  progress of the  same.

 

  1.         To carry on control, manage, maintain and develop the Institutatin run by the Board of Trustees (Majlis Omna) of Shafi Muslim High School, Laheriasarai, Darbhanga.

 

  1.          To acquire by purchase, Gift, Lease, Exchange, grant concession or otherwise any land, building or property of any tenure in the Interest of the society.

 

  1.         To do all such lawful acts and things as the society (Majlis Omna) any think fit, proper , expedient  or conductive to the carrying on achieving,  fulfilling and furthering the aims and objects  and purposes aforesaid and to  do all that may be reasonable required for giving effect to the aims,  objects and purpose of the society.

 

  1.          To manage and deal with the funds and money, Land, building and other properties as aforesaid and to collets rents and income and to invest money in government and other safe payable securities or to provide otherwise for all as said above in this clause for the benefit of the  society  (Majlis Omna) and furtherance of its objects.

 

  1.           To grant stipends and scholarship or monetary aid for Training or education to poor Muslims.

 

  1.         To establish, support or aid in the establishment of association calculated to benefit employees or ex-employees of the society or any of its institutions or their dependents or destitute and deserving Muslims.
